Before your pets appointment:

• We require your pet to be updated on Parvo, Distemper, and Rabies Vaccines. (We will need to see proof of these vaccines, they must have an expiration date, these vaccines must be given 48 hours before the appointment to allow time for any potential reaction to have shown)

• We cannot take dogs that have been given sedatives (prescribed or not) less than 48 hours before the appointment as it can be unsafe for your pup.

• It is often helpful to bring a picture for your groomer of what you are looking for in a haircut if you have something special in mind!

What to Expect:

• Upon check in, you will be asked relevant information on your pup including health concerns, skin conditions, which services would work best for your pup and what expectations there are regarding their haircut. We do our best to communicate what you can expect based on your pup, their coat etc.

• After check in and all of your information is put into our system, your pup will be taken to the back to begin their spaw day!

• From there your pup will be put into a tub and begin the soaking, scrubs and suds

• After a through cleaning they will be dried with a velocity dryer unless he/she is to nervous then they will be dried however is most comfortable for them.

• From there they will placed on a grooming table and have their nails clipped and/or filed, ears cleaned, teeth brushed (if applicable), and get their fabulous hair cut/trim

• After they are all done and ready to jive down the Blvd. You will receive a phone call and/or text informing you they are ready for their close up (another way of saying that they are ready to go home).

• Last step! See your stud muffin or darling diva looking their best, check out and rebook your next visit with someone at the counter!

• Enjoy a clean happy pup and we will see you next time!
